DTDC — Parcel not delivered to customer

I booked a parcel through DTDC courier on 9th may 2026
They are not delivered the parcel
But the tracking is showing delivered.

I was complainted already 2 to 3 times
And also written mail also.
And also informed to sender person DTDC spoken with him.
The destination DTDC person is not responding properly.

Now the parcel booking 23 days completed
Still it is not recieved.

Kindly update the status of parcel.
Kindly help us.
