DTDC — parcel not recevied

My frnd sent me a document and number plates from kalyan branch(mumbai) to bhongir(nalgonda dist) on 16/06/2015 awb no: D22944316. Till now i haven't recevied the parcel. That document is very urgent for me. daily iam contacting bombay customer care but there is no responce. Please help me and solve the problem in high priority
