I had booked a 39kg parcel from pune to kolkata with the consignment number: d31660268 on 29/04/17 from dtdc. But i was not able to track them on their website. So when i called up the franchise (Shop no. 4, silver nest, near icici bank, hotel shri krishna chowk, viman nagar, pune, maharashtra 411014... Phone:[protected] they told me that my item could not be shipped as it was having some liquid item in it. When i had gone to the shop with the parcel he checked some of the item, it was having some liquid which was some medicine and he told that it would not be a problem to ship it with that liquid products. So he agreed to ship. But after one week only when i called them up they are saying that since it is containing the liquid item it could not be shipped. They did not even bother to inform me the same also. Only when i called them up i was informed about the issue.
Also they are telling me that they can ship only after removal of all the liquid products in my package; and i have to go and collect those liquid items from their shop. I had ordered the shipment only because i was getting transferred to kolkata from pune and i am in kolkata now. Who is going to deliver me the leftover items?
I did not expect these kind of service from dtdc. If i had be informed about the issue i could have brought these things in my flight.
I want these items urgently and its already delayed by one week. Please look into the this serous issue. Was this information helpful? |
