DTDC Birmingham (css.[protected]@dtdc.com) collected my 3 parcels on 7th Nov 2014 to be shipped to India and haven't delivered them yet.Replied back a week after saying that one of the three parcels was lost, I know stolen.The tracking number provided by the guy who collected the parcels was "57284177" which is a false one.Now after three months got a call saying that parcels have been shipped and were delayed because of Jan 26 holiday in India.DTDC making fool of customers.Now instead of compensating for loss, I've got a call asking for payment.What feedback do you expect for this ridiculous service.Had it been an English company they would have compensated for losses and waived off the fee as well.This is how Indian companies are losing trust in the UK.
