DTDC — payment pending after 24 hours of my device being picked up

Hi,
I have sold my note 8 on[protected] and its been 24-hours past the pickup and i have not yet received the payment for the same. This is already 12-hours past the promised payment time limit.
Service number is mpmtf1301649.
Pickup agent partner id is yjzlr8as.
Customer care does not respond to calls or chats anymore, so no option in that way to do a follow up call or so.

I did not receive the courier but tracking status shows it is already delivered. Since that document is very important to me, I request you to do the needful ASAP.

I am trying to call customer care but few numbers are invalid, and few are not attended by anybody.

One tee shirt from my cargo is missing. Total of 5 T-shirts was supposed to be delivered.I received only 4. I checked with the client and he has confirmed that 5 T-shirts were sent. The tracking ID of the courier is C87348819. Courier was received on March 2, 2019. Customer contact number is Tee Labs - [protected].
