I sent a courier #P34150360 from Pune to Bangalore on 5th oct. They promised it will get delivered in 4 days. It has been 12+days now and the courier is not delivered.
I have sent number of mails and called them minimum 25 times. NO RESPONSE on the emails, no one will receive the call, in 25 times 2 times my call was picked and they were not in position to tell the status.
I think this is the poorest Courier Service in whole world and will suggest MD Subhasish Chakraborty to shut down this service, if they are not able to deliver on time and cant respect the customers gravity of requirement.
Most interesting thing, caller tune is "DTDC delivers in Time..", which is a kind of joke to the customers face.
In this delay I suffered a loss of 20000 INR, because my bills were not received on time. WHO IS GOING TO BEAR THAT?, after paying money also, this people are just pathetic and don't have any responsibility. Atleast they should courage and courtesy to acknowledge the emails from customers. Was this information helpful? |
