I had sent a small courier yesterday i.e. 10 April 2015, i clearly was confirmed that it will be delivered the very next day i.e. on 11th Apr 2015 after lunch before 5pm. But now when i enquired i am being told that the flight got delayed so we cant help in this and your parcel will be delivered on monday.
I was confirmed twice that it will be delivered tomorrow for sure, for which they charged me premium amount . Also on checking on net there is no status. I feel i have been cheated by your company and in future would never use DTDC Plus or DTDC services.
