DTDC — Product is not delivered while status shown as delivered

I had couriered a backpack via dtdc. It was part of my amazon shopping return to the seller. The tracking number is d27129095. While tracking it shows the item as delivered but the seller has not yet received the shipment. I have raised a complaint#02122632 asking for delivery receipt from dtdc on 9/5/16 but yet to receive any response from them. I replied to the email multiple times asking for status and even called them but not getting any response. Amazon is asking me to submit the proof of delivery asap else they will close the complaint. Kindly help me to resolve the issue. Thanks
