DTDC — product not delivered due to "no service", not returned either

Hi,

So i am based in delhi and i had submitted a package to be delivered to gurgaon on the 28th of november and it hasn't been delivered yet.

They've updated the status as not delivered due to no service. I haven't received the package back either.

The consignment number is z47970072

If a company like dtdc can't deliver a package to a place that's some 20km away, then what kind of a delivery company are you people running?

Sir, I booked a technics amplifier in Jabalpur branch to Hyderabad on 23rd.Nov. Consignment no- D36736026.
It's reached at Hyderabad in very damaged condition on 30th. Nov. 2017.
Kindly verify and do the needful.
