Hi Team,
AWB# "K73107721" (KOLKATA [CCU] to
MUMBAI [BOM]) 30 grams.
The above shipment contained "Rakhi", it came from My Sister,
which I had to collect from the "Marol" facility myself.
# JADAVPUR Franchisee - Over charged the
customer, The customer had to pay more than the actual rate. He said that since
it falls under “non-doc”, I took Rs 15 extra.
# JADAVPUR Franchisee - Did not take ownership
of why the shipment did not reach, on being repeatedly called he denied
helping.
# JADAVPUR Franchisee - On being asked (Mr.
Sing, DTDC), he replied that we deal with 1 lac transactions daily, if there is
mistake in one, no one will ask any question. Hence do whatever you want to do.
He then disconnected the call.
# Chandivali, Mumbai - On 10th August (on the
rakhi day), I visited twice to their office, but they did not give me the
Rakhi, as they were clueless where it is. Again not taking ownership of the
situation.
# Chandivali, Mumbai – 7:30 PM, reached the
office 2nd time, but this time too, the person did not help me, he
just asked me to wait and said I don’t know where the Rakhi is.
Overall, I called up 25 different phone numbers
in the past two days only to get my rakhi.
Can you help me understand why did I had to
suffer after paying Rs 120 just of a courier of 30 grams ?
What action can be taken to avoid such
incidents in the future ?

Since the amount is less, so DTDC will just
ignore this letter ?
