DTDC — Rakhi not delivered- Consignment number- Z28367745

I sent Rakhi on 4th August from Gurgaon to Ludhiana to my dear brother through DTDC- consignment number- Z28367745. Today is 10th August- Rakhsha Bandhan day. But my shipment is not yet delivered. I have made multiples calls to DTDC Ludhiana office. But they don't pick phone or their phones are not working at times. This is very very disappointing that DTDC don't care for people's emotions when they know it is Rakhi which was even mentioned over the courier. If they cant deliver the courier they should not run the service. I will never use DTDC service ever again.
