DTDC — Receiver not contacted

I have sent a courier from Bangalore to chennai on 29th of Jan 2015 # D20812190 and while tracking it says that Receiver left Address, my complaint is that on the consigmnent there was Mobile number of both consignor and consignee and still there was no calls attempted to deliver the shipment by delivery Guy . The receiver has not left address and worst part is that there is no point of contact, all numbers available are not working and people in Local DTDC has no idea what is the number to contact .
