Dear Sir/mam, I have send this Consignment Number P28574396 on 16july2014. Due to remote area it’s not deliver & its coming back to Origin. On Internet DTDC tracking from last 31 July 2014 its shown in Nasik. From last two week I am taking to Nasik & Pune office & I did not get the proper information.every day they answering you will get tomorrow but still I didnot get my courier. Dtdc customer service is too bad and not providing proper respond. This is the very dissatisfied condition for me from DTDC. Kindly consider my complaint and provide me a solution for this problem.
