Really surprised to see the pathetic services that you offer. People don’t expect this kind o[censored]nprofessionalism from the company like DTDC.
A Courier against the docket no # K78452333 was couriered from Gaya (Bihar) to New Delhi however today I came to know that the packet was retuned because Address was not found. Surprisingly that too was initiated without any intimation to me. My Contact no was clearly mentioned over the packet.
What kind of objective you have is really a questionable mark. The prime objective is to deliver this on time by solving if any hurdles.
May I request you humbly to please re-direct the courier to my address as mentioned below without making any further delay. Thanks in advance
