[Resolved]  DTDC — Return of parcel

Dear Sir, I have send a parcel on 8th Aug 2014 (Consignment No. M[protected] to Gaziabad. Due to some reason it was not delivered at its destination. And I am suppose to get the parcel back on my given address. I have repeatedly send email & called at there office located at Gaziabad and in Navi Muumbai (where I booked). Also not that there customer care number at Mumbai[protected] is not working from last week (10th August 2014). Any one in this facility is not able to track my parcel till date.
