DTDC — saree still not delivered

I am very disappointed with the dtdc service. My docket no is awb no: k21547954. Which is supposed to my customer delivered on 25.09.2019. But till date my customer didn't receive the courier. The customer care no is invalid. No one is picking up the call. I am very harassed with the service.

Even the tracker status is not updated. How to get the feedback...

Updated by Ramatulasi Ghanta Still not resolved my problem . I am trying to track my consignment number in dtdc came same old status . Dtdc staff never attend phone calls
