DTDC — Shipment Courier to MIS ROUTE

Sir/Madam, I send one courier to my brother at Theni address(Write the PIN, Address and Mobile no.). My brother not yet recieved till now. He asked me about that courier. I tracked that courier with their website(http://dtdc.com/tracking/tracking_results_detail.asp) and shocked. They sent that courier to Coimbatore. Can't understand how they run the courier service without knowing where is the Coimbatore and how they connect to Theni from Coimbatore... Detailed Result Tracking No.: C60034190.
