DTDC — Since 12 days Not delivered of Documents after Giving Phone Nos. Doc. No: 73767163

I have couriered one shipment from Patna to Kharagpur on 15th June, 2015 through Doc. No: 73767163, on 19th June, i have checked the status that your Kharagpur Branch does not deliver the shipment due to non mentioned of Phone No. i have called your Kharagpur Branch and given the phone no and they have confirmed that shipment will be delivered by 20th June, 2015 but after several phone calls and follow ups till date my shipment not deliver to my destination. There are few urgent documents which i need to submit to Local SDO office by this week, but this type of care less services, bound me to complain, if the documents will not be delivered by today (27th June, 2015), i will make the complain to Consumer Forum.
