DTDC — Stolen the Food coupons worth Rs.4000

I have couriered some documents and food coupons worth Rs.4000 from Mumbai to Arni with extra security pouch (Rs.100). They delivered only the documents and the security pouch and food coupons were missing. I made a complaint but there was no proper response from customer service. Sent mails no response. Worst service from the DTDC. CN.No: M24080186 Security pouch number : 2214684
