DTDC — Stupid Service

DTDC is the worst ever courier service in India and probably the world. Very ineffecient staff. They will do what ever it take to take the courier but the customer has to follow up multiple times to understand where the courier is. The staff is not courteous, does not understand english and very poor at handling customer queries. MY FEEDBACK TO ALL READING THIS IS. IF YOU HAVE AN OPTION, PLEASE DO NOT USE DTDS
