DTDC — the parcel has still not been delivered

I got a call from you office that the parcel has been delivered but i haven't got it yet. They said someone named 'chavan' has received the parcel but i dont know any chavan. T hey are saying the parcel was received on 21st of december but i still havent got it. When i track my parcel online it shows me its till in london but the delivery location is lecister uk. My parcel no is:- n21057140.

I have booked the package on 15th Nov and it got delivered on 16th Nov but the tracking details were NOT updated because of which I can claim refund from the third party.
