DTDC — Too much delay in delivery | |||
I am really fed up by following up my packet. It was dispatched on 7th may. Tracking no is M13371527. Also I am calling the person assigned for the same again and again. He always say mam aaj mil jaega sham tak. Then in evening he didnt take my calls. What non-sense ia going on? I am really tired tracking my shipment all day. I have lot many other things to do as well. On 13th may i got a call that mam really sorry ur packet will be delivered tmrw by12 for sure. And till now i haveny received and now they are not picking calls. I need a refund of rs. 1500 for DTDC now. Why should i suffer. Was this information helpful? | |||
