DTDC — Tracking No.: B22635432 not delivered

DTDC was sent a parcel from Bangalore via Tracking No.: B22635432 from JAMBU SAVARI DINNE (NEW) - BANGALORE on Thursday, July, 02, 2015 and was shown as delivered on Sat, Jul, 04, 2015 at 03:00 PM. Unfortunately, I did not receive the parcel in hand and hence raised a complaint with DTDC. After a series of investigation it was found that the item was delivered to Naresh (which is not my name). The delivery boy told that he delivered it on Monday, while the website said that the delivery happened on Saturday, Jul 04. The parcel had originals in it. The courier failed to Call me before handing over the item to someone else, the signature was fake on the delivery as well as the information of delivery date is different online and in person. I would need the Originals back and also need help for a compensation from the company for all the inconvenience caused.
