DTDC — Unprofessional people and Pathetic Services

Till the date you compensate for insulting me and providing pityful services!! Somebody please help me reach DTDC CEO. I will anyway find and write to him. If you can help it would be very helpful. Thanks. Tracking No: H26681753 Origin 500 034 Destination 500 034 I gave the letter on 13th March 12 pm at Road no 9 Banjara Hills. A lady promised that it would be delivered by 14th morning. I asked her the need of doing express courier or above. She assured me that there is no need. The next day i realized that it was not delivered. I called to all no:s given in the website. Only to find that they are not answered.Then i went to Road No 9 and asked the lady who was there with her boy friend. She gave me so many nos and asked me to call!! (As if its my fault) I called many people and all of them assured to call me back with details. But none did... When ever i called back, they conveniently avoided my call! Then i requested that lady to let me know the status before she leaves for the day. Like other DTDC employees she also said yes. I think its DTDC style to give assurances and promises and do cheating.!! A customer service role model organization, i assume! I am trying to be so refined here.Most irritating was the reason they gave me "Sir we misplaced it. Will find and deliver soon." Even now, after 55 hrs, the status is still not rxd. There is no means to find the CEO or higher up id through their website. May be they are all scared!!I am writing here as it was very important document to me. Now i need compensation for the time i wasted, for screwing up my application, making my life horrible.You will find my contact details when you trace the tracking id. I am waiting to hear from your higher ups. I want to know what they know about their vision and mission statements.!!!
