DTDC — Unresponsive , unprofessional and rude staff at Shimla office

1. I made an online purchase which was shipped through DTDC (M[protected]. The item reached the Shimla office on 12 Jun as confirmed by your office on[protected]. 2. I was told that the order has not been delivered due to wrong address. This just proves complete lackadaisical attitude of you delivery staff as my house is bang on the main road and I have never had probels in receiving mail/ courier. The delivery boy probably never came as I did not get any telephone call either. 3. On projecting my problem to your Shimla office located near Auckland tunnel, Shimla, Mr Ashwini and Ms Neelam present there were extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and unresponsive . 4. I hope you take immediate action to have my consignment delivered and ensure corrective action is initiated to ensure that your customers donot suffer due to the incompetence Of your staff.
