DTDC — URGENT - DTDC consignment# Z[protected] Noida to Kathua (Jammu)

Hello Team, This is really going to be a frustrating concern for DTDC's reputation and my patience. I booked my parcel on 21st June and even today there is no real time status. When i inquired from NOIDA office they gave me Jammu no[protected]. I tried 25 times on this number between 9 AM to 6 PM from 23rd to 25th June but it vain. My call was answered only once and they informed me that there INTERNET is not working to check the status. Today, i called the JAMMU FRANCHISE office and asked for the branch manager no but no one was really bothered to take pain. I also raised a complaint today # 00477770 and the lady there assured me that it will be delivered by afternoon today. But it was not to be. Can any of you please intervene here and tell me what's going on? I swear its my last association with DTDC but still cannot believe DTDC has so maligned its reputation.
