In january 2019 i have purchased glass table from durian company. At that time company's sales person said that we sell most reliable and durable products in our industry, but it is totally fake commitment by their company. My double bed headboard has so many cracks, base ply got bend & it doesnt have enough support to hold the weight of mattress. I have never seen such type of assembling which will never sustain for even 1 year. Durian furniture is just smart looking but not at all durable. Durian after sales service is very bad. I have bought sofa & centre table (Invoice no. : d-gog/in/00277/17-18.) from durian, goregaon, mumbai. Within 15 days i noticed sofa is bend from both the sides. We have bought a chair in 2014. It was not frequently used but feb, 2017 on wards we are using it regularly and the problem is we can't get it fixed at certain level, it keeps on getting down.
