Dear sir My self travelling in 12270 to chennai and the food provided is not even eatable and no respinse was by given by the superavisors and breakfast was served by 9.30 and it was not sufficient and only pongal was served and lunch was served by 2pm in that the dal was not even have any taste and no subji was served we want know why we was given like this and advertaisrment you are giving so much of promise Please revert us in this mail id [protected]@gmail.com I have travelung in the train i want answer for this Regards K. The food is terrible. Rotten butter and under cooked food are provided both the time I journeyed from bhubaneswar to banglore and fro. The restrooms are unhygienic with water dropping from the top. The maintainance, the housekeeping and the caterers demand money with this kind of services provided, while getting down at our destinations. Pathetic

Yesterday my mother and I travelled from Ahmedabad to Pune and there was no water supply in the 3AC compartment, neither in the toilets nor in the sinks. Indian Railways need to look into the matter because it's being repeated time and again.
