My father Mr. Vijay Bansal travelled from Mumbai to Ahmedabad on 12 Sep time 00:40 to 6:25 A.M. During journey, someone stolen his cash of rs 15000/- from his purse that was kept in his suitcase. except cash rest all things are as it is. this incident cause as a loss of 15000/- so, i want a claim of rs 15000 and also compensation for this theft.

    I am going mumbai to indore duronto express0 at 11 clock train 12227 15th june I have given order a biriyani from pantry almost 2 hours but dinner was not provided it was worst experience in train
    And while booking ticket food was included

    My brother was travelling by 12223 Duronto express 2A to Mangalore from Mumbai on 18th Jul 2023, the dinner served was so cold that he would not eat it, on checking the attender, the heater waa not working, however the morning breakfast was good.

      Since the beginning of the journey the ac was not cooling in 22209 Duronto express from Mumbai to Delhi.. In between it cooled only for an hour... We are suffering here due to heat and no ventilation. Our whole journey was a trauma... Complete waste of money.. We demand a refund

        Its a worst travelling experience ever in my life. They are not even able to provide one cup of tea. I had to wait for 2 hrs for jus one cup of tea and even after that I did not get tea. Pantry boys are also irresponsible and rude. Not worth paying this much money. Worst train, horrible experience

              Hi, this is asim sarkar, I’m travelling from New Delhi to Sealdah on 30th may 2022 and my pnr number is [protected] my seat number B4 26&28. My complaint about food and drinks system actually I refused to take breakfast but when I’m asking for water the guy asked me money, I told I already paid during my tickets booked time but he refused to gave until I paid. It’s really dissatisfied me and near to reach Sealdah they asking for tips indeed like forcing people to give .

                      The Air conditioner temperature is not maintained here and it is freezing cold here. People are not able to sleep. And there is no one here to tell this problem.

                        AC temperature is not properly modulated. In day time temperature should be reduced so that we don't feel heat.But AC is kept at higher temperature and so it is warm.

                            I am traveling with duronto express from vijayawada to chennai central and my pnr no was[protected] s3-29&30 berths. I have booked my tickets with bedroll charged 25 per one person.in vijayawada the train was started on 2:20pm now the time was 7:30pm i am just 40km near to chennai still i haven't get the bedroll (Blanket and pillows) i have already informed to tt and he said that ask the person who is represent that. I had take a word with many services people but no one was responding. They told me to that i will get it by 10mns and that to every asking time they replied the same thing still i am not got the bed roll. Is this is a joke railway very unsatisfied with you. Who's the concern person to complaint more and whose refund my money

                              poor food management

                              Food quantities were not served as expected. Train delayed by 1 he but not even an extra bottle of water. My daughter was hungry but no arrangements. Service boy literally faught for tips more than rs. 50. I asked for an extra blanket as i had my 3 yrs old daughter. The attendant expressed disagreements and argued.

                              Very poor quality food has been served and quantity also very low.. They charged so high for this oor quality food.
                              Running time is very much longer than other trains.
                              Departure time are changing frequently. So much harassment for passenger.
                              Arrival time also so odd that passenger are starving for food and facing transportation problems.
                              Need a reply and quick action.
                              Train toilets are too dirty and we getting very bad smell . We have paying 1275 rupees but compair to other train it's worst . The wrost train i ever seen. Duronto express

                                I had booked the bedroll with the ticket
                                But when the distribution was going on the person said he did not have the chart check with the tt
                                That person was drunk while doing his duty
                                He gave me his no. Asked me to call after tt says to give the bedroll
                                Tt came after that i am trying to reach that person he is neither replying to the call nor he is in the coach
                                It's nearly 4 hrs i am in the train.. Inspite of booking the bedroll have not got proper service

                                    Disgusting food, clogged toilets with leaky taps and dirt all around the seats. Add to this there was no cooling in the night and the staff served water and food at their convenience. At the end one of the pantry staff had the audacity to demand for service charge and said its their right. Great job indian railways, all this after you charge a hefty fare for the tickets.

But this was a very bad experience to say that there was no water supply in toilets n not even in d sink outside... I think railways should take v strong action towards this... As there are a no. Of passenger who sufferd because of this irresponsibility of railways...

                                        The food is terrible. Rotten butter and under cooked food are provided both the time I journeyed from bhubaneswar to banglore and fro. The restrooms are unhygienic with water dropping from the top. The maintainance, the housekeeping and the caterers demand money with this kind of services provided, while getting down at our destinations. Pathetic
                                        Yesterday my mother and I travelled from Ahmedabad to Pune and there was no water supply in the 3AC compartment, neither in the toilets nor in the sinks. Indian Railways need to look into the matter because it's being repeated time and again.

                                          I'm traveling in 12260 duranto. The food quality is worst and above that they did not serve pickles which is in menu.
                                          When passengers complaint the boys offered double ice cream which is again melt. They did not serve double ice cream to all.
                                          I don't think after paying so high one should get dinner at 10:30 pm and of such worst quality with partially with passengers. I hope the department will look and resolve.

                                              I am a regular traveller in doronto ypr - hwh. I regret to inform that this train services and travelling experience has become pathetic. Earlier there were no rac seats and train didn't used to stop in between stations except for few but nowadays there are people travelling between stations and rac seats give a lot of inconvenience for travellers seated beside them. Food and catering has also deteriorated horribly and even train boggies are old and not maintained properly.

                                              The lunch that is provided to us is very wrost no taste Chapati was very bad and the vegetable is also wrost
                                              Overall a very bad service as excepted and the fare was taken

                                                I was planning to carry my pet along with my me from Mumbai to howdah by Duronto express. But when enquire I found that there is no DOG Box in Guards cabin.

                                                A dog box should be mandatory for all long distance trains. If there are no DOG box in certain trains railway must notify that while booking the passenger tickets. (print on ticket no pet allowed).

                                                I hope railway must take a look on this matter.

                                                  I REALLY HOPE YOU WILL PUBLISH THIS.. MY HUSBAND AND I TRAVELLED FROM BANGALORE TO KOLKATA ON SUNDAY BY DURANTO EXPRESS . THE ORDEAL WAS MEMORABLE AND I THINK THAT EVERY CITIZEN MUST KNOW WHAT THEY ARE IN FOR.
                                                  WE HAD TICKETS FOR AC 2 TIER. THE TRAIN CAME IN AND LEFT ON TIME i.e 11 15 AM . WITHIN HALF AND HOUR WE REALISED THAT THE AC IS NOT WORKING SO WE INFORMED THE ATTENDANTS TO REDUCE THE TEMPERATURE. AROUND 12. 45 OUR HUNGER PANGS BEGAN ..AROUND 1.15 WE WERE GIVEN A GLASS OF TOMATO SOUP IN A FANCY PRESENTATION. THE HEAT CONTINUED. MY HUSBAAND WALKED UP AND SPOKE TO THE TT. HE WAS BACK AFTER 5 MINS AND TOLD ME THAT HE HAS SHIFTED US TO 1ST AC AFTER PAYING Rs 3000/- EXTRA ..WHAT A RELIEF THAT WAS. BUT THE HUNGER PANGS CONTINUED. MY HUSBAND , BEING A DIABETIC STARTED FEELIN UNWELL... AFTER MUCH PESTERING , THE LUNCH ARRIVED AT 2 .40 WITH A MSERLY QUANTITY OF RICE IN AN ALLUMUNIUM FOIL SIZE 2"X 3" . I STILL HAVE THE CONTAINER AS I WISH TO SHOW IT AROUND . THERE WERE TWO TANDOORI ROTIS WHICH WERE UNEDIBLE BY ANY STANDARD. . THERES NO PROVISION FOR A FAN IN THE TRAIN.. WE WERE TOLD THAT ONLY ONE COMPRESSOR WAS WORKING AND THE 2ND ONE HAD PACKED UP..THE DISCOMFORT KEPT INCREASING. THE TT TOLD US THAT WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 10PM .THEY HAD ARRANGED FOR THE REPAIRS IN VIJAYWADA. THE PASSENGERS IN AC 2 WERE LIVID. PEOPLE WERE WALKING UP AND DOWN TRYING TO FIND SOME FRESH AIR. THE STAFFS WERE HUMBLY PUTTING UP WITH THE ABUSES. IN VIJAYWADA THE TRAIN WAS KEPT WAITING FOR OVER 2 HRS AND THE ACS GOT REPAIRED. I GOT TO KNOW THAT MEDIA HAD ARRIVED BUT I DID NOT SEE THE OUTCOME . ANYWAYS .TRIED TO GET SOME SSLEEP AROUND 12 MIDNIGHT. NEXT MORNING WE REALISED THAT THERE WAS NOT A DROP OF WATER. THE TOILETS THOUGH VERY FANCY ERE FILTHY.WE ATE OUR BREAKFAST WITHOUT BRUSHING OUR TEETH..AT NOON WE REACHED BHUBANESHWAR WHERE THE WATER WAS REFILLED. LUNCH ARRIVED AGAIN WITH TWO TABLE SPOONs OF RICE ..AND THIS TIME NO ROTIS.WE WERE ANNOYED SO WE ASKED THE STAFF IF THAT WAS ALL THEY OFFERED .. THEY SAID YES.. WE THANKED OUR STARS THAT WE WERE 5 HRS AWAY FROM HOWRAH . THE IRONY IS YOU CANNOT EVEN PAY EXTRA TO GET MORE FOOD OR A CUP OF TEA. ONCE OUR LUNCH GOT OVER , AN ATTANDANT CAME TO GIVE US A SMALL PLASTIC PACKET WITH 2 PUREES.. WE DID NOT HAVE ANTHING TO EAT IT WITH . MY HUSBAND WAS SO HUNGRY HE CHEWED IT UP ANYWAY.
                                                  WE REACHED KOLKATA REGRETTING THE Rs 8000 WE SPENT FOR THE HARASSING EXPERIENCE....APART FROM ALL THIS WAAS THE BAD PANTRY SERVICES . SOUPS WERE LUKE WARM..THEY WOULD NOT RE HEAT ON REQUEST. THE WESTERN TOILET HAD ANKLE DEEP WATER . THE TABLE THEY PROVIDED IN AC FIRST HAD CROOKED LEGS AND MY DINNER TOPPLED OVER TO THE FLOOR WITH THE MOVEMENT OF THE TRAIN... THEY DID NOT OFFER ME ANOTHER MEAL..NOT EVEN AT A COST .. I FILLED MY SELF WITH SWEETS FROM VIJAYWADA STATION. WHO IS LISTENING???
