[Resolved] Dv Enterprise — data entry fraud | |||
Hello my name is Parvez I was recently contacted by a girl called saloni regarding form filling job for which she sent me the details on WhatsApp and also an app to install in which I was made to digitally sign, the scam started from there where she copied my signature to a agreement dated 19/09/2019 whereas I spoke to her on 12/11/2019 and same day she sent me the agreement. I have call recordings where she never mentioned about any agreement in the first place. Even though I agreed, but today when I called their helpline to find out more details about them, they are not willing to talk, when I asked for there site they say they don't have a company website, later I contacted the girl who called me and asked for their postal address, to which she replied "DV ENTERPRISE 24-B aagam Avenue, Muktanand Marg, Vapi, Gujarat" Which matches the address of another company called "Rex Enterprise" which when I googled I found is full of consumer complaints. And so is DV Enterprise, they are sending same dated agreement to different candidates. Now after knowing all this I don't want to work with them, they won't take my call and are disconnecting, after some day they will send me some legal notice demanding money, I am uploading the shots I have kindly help me in this matter.. Dont afraid guys they will call you as an Advocate but trust me its fake dont listen to them they will say that they filed complaint against you but dont listen to them gali do jitna chaiye utna

I just got a call from advocate Simran sharma from Vapi high court and said a legal notice will be sent to you on your address and she didn’t even let me talk. What should I do?

They same thing i have been running through, i demand extra time and then the lady say time cost 9600, I denied to pay the amount because in agreement time extension amount was not mentioned and when i say i don't want to work with them she said pay the utility charge which is 4000 something i denied the complications and then after next 2 days later a man called me and say pay the agreement cancelation charge or iam doing a case on you and he was demanding 12000 for it and lady told me 4000!!! I need help too

Same here. I also scammed by them.They continuously send me e-mails and demand for money. m in big trouble. So kindly help me Guy's in this matter. I'm in big trouble!

They change the name of the advocate most of the time, but the demand is still the same
I face the same issue. It was my 3rd day of work today but luckily I came across this consumer complains regarding the fake company. Guys I have totally blocked them and have set no strangers call in my iPhone. You all should just avoid the calls n text messages because they r no advocates or anything it’s all a scam. Just avoid, even the agreement is fake. The more you respond the more they will harassed. It’s better we file a police complain.

Totally froud he bhai tantion mat lo agreement bhi froud he ek hi agreement par khali Name copy past kiya he har ek ke agreement par ek hi register number or date BZ number ek hi he. Joki har ek agreement ke liye alag alag stamp hona jaruri he.
I found this consumer complains page on 4th day of my work.. Abhi yahu ruku kya.. Kam krna band kru kya.. Will they charge me legaly.. Do you have any proof that they will not legaly charge me so i can be sure that if I'll not work they'll not harras me legally Pleasw help me out.

Stop your work first because they are fraud & even you complete your work then they will give u QC report as a failure. Ignore them either block them.
