[Resolved]  E-Billing Solutions — non-recharge of my aircel prepaid mobile for rs. 256 on 25.09.2017

I recharged my aircel prepaid mobile no. [protected] on 25 september, 2017 for rs. 256 through onine net bankinng services of axis bank. As per message and e mail the balance of my bank a/c has been deducted instantly but the balance of my aircel number has not been increased which means the amount has not been remitted to aircel and retained by e-billing solutions pvt ltd. The reference no. As provided by axis bank is inb/[protected]/e-billing solutions pvt lt.

Please arrange to either refund the same to my axis bank or pay to aircel so that my aircel number may get recharged for the full amount as per norms of aircel.
