E-Billing Solutions — refund

I have booked bus ticket from modasa to anand on 02/09/2018 of ref. Bo. Gs6322583, payment id:upi/p2a/[protected], but the status has not been confirmed also the amount of rs. 222 has been deducted from my account. Therefore i request you to refund me my amount in my axis bank account.
