E-Billing Solutions — refund not received for failed tsrtc transaction.

I have tried booking a bus ticket from kadapa to hyderabad from tsrtc. All i could see is that my amount has been charged but i was not given any ticket further. Im attaching you an acknowledgement here. Kindly refund my amount asap because it has been nearly 2 weeks.
