Early salary company executives came in my company (Titan company ltd, bangalore) on sep' 2019 for showcasing their services. I felt interested and signed in for it but when i called customer care they didn't clarify the process due to which i instructed them to close my account in their site. They replied in affirmative at that time. But from nov. 2019 onwards they started harassing me for payment on the loan that i never took.
They started with rs 1700 on nov. 8th and increased it rs 4787 till jan 2nd. Despite multiple calls and mails they neither sorted the problem nor closed my account. And when i asked for any proof of my transactions they showcased none.
Now, they had resorted to forgery as they created a forged ecs application on my name and submitted in icici. They had been fraudulently deducting money from my account which came to my notice when a sms came to me on a debit of rs 5324. When i went to the bank and i got the information that they had created a forged ecs on my behalf and till now have deducted (Rs 1700 on 31st dec, rs 1172 on jan 2nd and rs 5324 on dec 7th). I didn't know the earlier deductions as no sms/mail came to me on that.
1. Now these transactions have happened with a forged ecs as icici told that it was dated for september where in the nach mandate created by icici is in december after my mail on taking legal action against early salary.
2. More so till now early salary had not been able to show any proof my transactions.
3. Also, in ecs mostly a fixed amount deduction is done wherein they have deducted 3 different amounts of 1700, 1172 and 5324 (As refereed earlier) which showcases forged ecs and debit henceforth.
4. Also lastly they had sent the mail for giving them rs 4787 then how come they have deducted rs 8214 from my account.
On the receipt of sms on rs 5324 i had immediately visited icici for closure of this fraudulent ecs and cancellation of the transaction immediately.
But i request you to kindly investigate into the creation of this forged ecs so that the fraudulent deduction my rs 8214 is refunded back to me and this account that early salary had opened on my name is closed.
