EarlySalary — multiple times ecs transaction has been initiating

Dear team,

I have took loan from earlysalary for 8640/- rs monthly emi from nov 2018 to oct 2019 tenure 12months, due to some personal issues i am not able to pay emi by due dates but i paid, however i have cleared all the emi's by oct 2019, due to late fee payment they have charged bounce charges almost nearly 1310 something.. So i have requested earlysalary team to waive off those penalty charges but i have didn't get any help from their end.. Again nov 2019 they have intiated ecs with amount 8640/- like they are doing multiple ecs on daily basis... Now i'm affecting bounce charges at my bank end and earlysalary end. Now my early salary due is 7650/- rs.. How they are intiating again 8640 ecs on my account. Please take this complaint on urgent basis and please do the needful.

Please find the sample ecs transactions with different amount on daily basis from account.. I have kept my account with zero balance because i don't know when they going to be intiate. Please look into on priority.

Dear customer, ecs transaction of rs. 7083 towards bd-earlysalary from account xx6232 has been returned due to reason - insufficient fund on 03/01/2020.

Dear customer, ecs transaction of rs. 1628 towards bd-earlysalary from account xx6232 has been returned due to reason - insufficient fund on 02/01/2020.

Dear customer, ecs transaction of rs. 5903 towards bd-earlysalary from account xx6232 has been returned due to reason - insufficient funds on 03/12/2019.

Dear customer, ecs transaction of rs. 8640 towards bd-earlysalary from account xx6232 has been returned due to reason - insufficient fund on 30/11/2019.
