EarlySalary — overdue and late fee charges

I had taken loan amount rs 11.000 loan from early salary in that i already paid rs 16, 032 including the interest and late fee charges. I request early salary to provide wavier for late payment and overdue charges for the period of march 1st to may 30th. I hope the government has already provided moratorium time to repay the due amount..in addition to that they are asking me to pay additional rs 5069 overdue charges which is not acceptable. I lost my job and even in this tough situation i have cleared my dues. Please consider my request and provide me wavier for late fees and overdue charges of rs 5069. Awaiting your reply. Now additional charges of interest they are asking rs 5069. Please note that whenever i pay the emi amount of rs 4008 they adjust as overdue or late fees so that they can show my pending emi amount. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
