[Resolved] EarlySalary — Reminder- Your payment is overdue | |||
This is Raja, I have enrolled course in PlanetSpark for my son based on planetSpark recommendation planned for Early Salary easy EMI with 0% interest without any other references. As the initial commitment from Planet Spark any signal mail request your payment will be stopped in max of 3 days from the request. Due to personal (financial) reason I have called my son enrolment with considering 20 days of my upcoming EMI due date. (Ref : Early Salary Ticket No:[protected]; PlanetSpark Ticket#20577; Dt:15-Jun-21). Still to avoid this kind of issues I was in continues follow-ups with both parties on orally and mails on financial issues not able to maintain the balance. As they (PlanetSpark & Early Salary) agreed and informed me that there is no more EMI and it’s been cancelled the loan, will send the mail soon. Today morning I got the message : Reminder- Your repayment is overdue rom Early Salary which is really un-proportional not acceptable during this pandemic situation I spend most my time to this to get it resolved, but unfortunately I got this message which can’t be acceptable.
