I had filed a complainton the customer care online system to the customer care for Earth Infrastructure ([protected]@earthinfra.com) regarding my unit in their Earth Towne project (my flat no is X-1503) on 24th April 2015.

Hi,
This is with reference to your letter dated 18th April 2015 regarding cancellation of our flat (booking bearing CSN ETR-2804) in Earth Towne, Greater Noida.
This is to let you know that after we switched to the construction linked plan we did not receive any notifications asking us to make any further payments.
Hence a letter stating that we did not make any payments despite repeated email/phone reminders is incorrect and false.
Please provide us with the details on construction and payment required.
It is very disappointing to receive such false letters as well as to see that there is no clarity on the project progress/completion whatsoever.
