Hi All, I booked Indigo ticket PNR LI79RM of Rs 4, 264 from EaseMyTrip. Flights got cancelled due to Covid-19 Travel Restrictions. I got email from Indigo that they have processed the full refund to the travel agency account used at the time of booking the reservation but EaseMyTrip has not refunded my money. I contacted EaseMyTrip. Their customer care is not reachable. I also wrote emails to their customer care id [protected]@easymytrip.com and [protected]@easemytrip.com but emails are bouncing back With Regards, Jatin Dua [protected] Was this information helpful?
