EaseMyTrip.com — Money deducted but booking not completed | |
Hi, I made a booking on 3rd june from hyderabad to delhi, the money was deducted and the booking was not completed. I raised a dispute with my kotak bank and they informed that the issue is on your end and it shows as settled from your side. Please look into this issue. I am affected by this issue and need resolution as quickly as possible. The payment was made through kotak pg and the amount deducted was 4185.00 indian rupees.
