[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — not giving my money back and continuously misleading | |||
Due to frequent change in itinerary indigo has fully refunded my amount on 20th feb but since the trip has been booked through easemytrip.com the money has to be routed through the site however, i had a full faith in the site but they betrayed me. "the indigo has sent me the confirmation of refunded amount mail to easemytrip on 20th feb". "easemytrip also cc in mail" Easemytrip has given me time for 5-7 business days to get it refunded which is normal but after 7 days they said it is not initiated yet they will initiate my refund now again after 7 days they gave another lame excuses. And the they start misbehaving and misleading on the call. This was my first transaction at easemytrip and aslo through paypal on easemytrip, however paypal did not transfer the cashback of Rs 600. I satisfy all the criterias mentioned in the coupon page.
