I Booked my indigo Flight ticket through EaseMyTrip in the month of March with PNR No.-IW18SK, But due lockdown the flight was cancelled, the Indigo was refund my total amount 17256/- to EaseMytrip in the month of July. Today is 4th november, the EaseMyTrip not refunded my amount to me...I call or request several time to easemytrip but there is no response from their end... from last 3 months their customer representative give only one answer that your refund request is in under process and you will get with in 7 working days..
