I booked 1 ticket from new delhi to srinagar on 12th mar 2020 Booking id is emt71852830 Even though the money (1864 rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status not confirmed. I checked the pnr status but showing that invalid pnr (L6ki5k) and and invalid flight no. (I5-709) I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. Please check and send the ticket on my email id.
