[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — no refunds on faulty booking | |||
I tried to book a flight from easemytrip.com. During payment the amount got debited from my icici bank account but booking failed. I checked with icici bank and they informed me that the transaction amount of rs x was received to beneficiary (I. E. Easemytrip yes bank account) I provided them my bank statement and official confirmation from icici bank but they keep denying about refunds. They take many days for checking with bank when it takes just 5 min nowadays and still haven't come up with satisfactory reply. The upi transaction amount is credited to account of yes bank account of easemytrip (As per the details provided to me by icici bank). It has been more than 50+ days since i raised the issue.
