[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — not received confirmation after book airline ticket.

Today i have booked two air tickets for delhi to kolkata on 28th october and kolkata to delhi on 9th november.
I have paid rs 14396 through sbi net banking on17th september 2018
I have not received any confirmation from easy my trip not even refund back my payment.
I have contacted easy my trip call centre and they have confirmed that they have received payment later due to payment get way so my booking is canceled. I will get back payment after 72 hrs.
My submission is easy my trip should my ticket because i am not responsible for late payment.
My money should not be block for 72 hrs. If i get back my immediately i should book other air ticket.

Updated by T.Haldar Till now ( 18th September) not received any reply from Easy my trip.
Not even refunded my money.
This travel agent has no right to block my without any information.
I have to book air ticket immediately otherwise cost may gone up.

Updated by T.Haldar No refund till after 6 days.
I have made big mistake to book tickets through Easy My trip.
Only they give excuses server issue.
During tickets booking my ticket not booked due to server issues and for refund also said delay refund due to server issue.
