[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — Paytm - offers, are very misleading | |||||
Easemytrip is offering cashback of Rs.500 per ticket through PAYTM. I have seen this offer, and made my booking for 2 tickets, but i have not received any cashback in Paytm wallet. Later when I enquired giving them all the details, they had a very absurd reply, that ticket has been booked by easemytrip.com and not with easemytrip.in where they this discount applicable. So they are running 2 portals with one name but different domains, and mostly easemytrip.in has network issues when I try to connect to it. This is very misleading to customer's, where they get confused with different name's. Please take appropriate action. Was this information helpful? | |||||
