[Resolved]  EaseMyTrip.com — refund amount for 26th march not credited completely

Hi team,

My booking id is emt71001503 via easemytrip site for flights 26th march 2020 and 12th april 2020. Since indian govt issued lockdown, my flights are cancelled by airlines itself and airlines have made it public in their personal websites that full refund will be given to the patrons. However, easemytrip has not taken the cancellation as if the passenger has done by himself and credited only 886 bucks in my account. I am eligible for full refund that is 4520 as airlines committed. Also the app is not working, when i tried to cancel the flights for march 26th, it didnt allow me to do. I am going to take further action on this if my refund is not credited. And will never make plans with this agency.

Hi EaseMyTrip Team, Thanks for getting back to me and promising me to refund the remaining balance offline in my account within 10 working days, since Airlines have paid the full amount to them now. Albeit I have not yet received the remaining refund amount in my account, I am marking this issue as resolved on the basis of faith and goodwill. Thanks and appreciate your efforts!

Dear sir

My ticket was canceled by the airlines on 21st march 2020, so I am eligible for full refund but they refund me only 738 rupees.

Please resolve my issue..

Indigo airlines have refunded my money confirmed, but ease my trip is not refunding my money ..please see the screenshots.
