[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — refund for flight cancellations due to bad weather

Dear sir/madam
We have booked two ticket for 7/november/2017 (Tuesday) from bathinda to delhi that cost us 1850each total for both was3700 inr.
When we reached at airport we found that flight has been cancel due to heavy fog and they told me they will give full refund to easemytrip. I have emailed to easemytrip since last 10days and now totally pissed of because first they replied me we will get full refund by 5-7days but still didn't get.

And now they are not responding my emails and before solving my problem the close my email status.
I am using this site since long for me and for my friends.

And even we already went through troubles due to flight cancellations we had to book taxi at a spot as i was traveling to overseas.

Now i always email them after finishing my work and main thing i am not sleeping during night time because of time difference i wait for india office timing still they pissed me off.

I hope you will resolve this matter.
Attaching screen short for both tickets and also for daminishrivastav's promise who told me will get refund by 5-7days.

Hello sir we have booked two tickets from bathinda to new delhi that cost 1850each mean total 3700inr but due to weather condition when we reached at airport found that air india canceled flight.

We had to book taxi for delhi at a time and air india told us they give the full amount back to easemytrip even i asked air india by email as well they told me to contact easemytrip

When i contacted easemytrip regarding refund damiani shrivastav from easemytrip replied my email that we will get refund 5-7days as more than 10days passed but still didn't get any money

Now even they are not answering my calls and even from two days not replying back my emails

I have submit complaint before regarding this but unfortunately when i was trying find out the result by mistake i have pressed may be as a resolved but still didn't get any reply from easemytrip.
I hope you will do something for this matter to get back my money.

I always emailed them with screenshots it has become headache for me to email easemytrip all days

I world like to cancel my ticket. My flight timing is today 9.40 pm. Please arrange to cancel the ticket and refund the balance amount.
