[Resolved] EaseMyTrip.com — ticket not booked but money get debited

Hello

I have booked flight ticket from cochin international airport to dubai international airport for 26th january 2020 and i have booked the ticket via ease my trip mobile app on 19th january at 10.37 pm. My amount get debited from my bank and easemytrip page stucked with the processing icon but after long wait not get any confirmation, and also the amount has been debited from my account of rs. 11500/- through federal bank, i had called them about 3 times for refund and sales team promise me to refund the full amount but still refund was not initiated

Details are as follow

Rs.11500.00 has been debited from a/c xx7363 via federal bank on 19 th jan 2020, booking id - emt69257370
