Easy Go Trip — refund for cancelled ticket

Hi team,

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided to me. I'll recommend to every reader who reads this not to go for the happy easy go website at all. They are the biggest cheaters of all.

I had booked a ticket for a return flight from mumbai to jaipur and back. These are trip ref #[protected] and trip #[protected]. I spoken to indigo airline also and they have confirmed that the refund amount that they have processed is rs. 3640/. I also spoke to go air and they said the amount is rs.5032/.
The total amount refunded to happy easy go was 5032 + 3640 = 8672/.
They refunded me rs. 4738/.
Where is the rest rs. 3934/.
When i spoke to their call center agent they did not have a reply for the same and they asked me to email on [protected]@happyeasygo.com. Even they did not have a reply for the same.
Hence, i'd no option but to come here and submit my review.
Request to all you readers, do not have any transactions with them.

No Reply yet. Its 14th June today. Almost a month gone.

As expected. I dont think justice prevails anymore.

I've even heard that this Easy go trip do not have the essential rights to be a travel agent.

How is IITA not aware of this ?

You have not read what is written for you underneath:
if in 15 days following your correct complaint to the address of the air carrier is receved,
you can hire a legal professional / laweyr for your case in the local Indian court.
You complaint is not clear for the consideration.
It is clear that you are not satisfined with the level of the refund.
But this site does not disclose the important refences, and you have not shown the documents related to the case in full in order to conclude who is right - you or the service provider - for the legal professional.

The quality of the service providers related to refunds for unused tavel portion is a commonly poor all over India.
To contact the same service provider for the same issue more than 2 times is useless efforts always.

The are 3 solutions for your satisfaction or your dissatisfaction in this case :-
1) to start the coutr procedure against your service provider, using the legal services of an licensed Indian lawer.
Your expences for layer will be in range from 11000 till 25000 rupees depending upon complicity.
Plus your own efforts.
The time of all procedure can last from 1, 5 till 3 years

2) to hire unlinced lawer and to start the "simlified" court procedure against your service provider, using the legal services of NON licensed legal professional.
Your expences will be in range from 6000 till 12000 rupees total + your own efforts.
The time of all procedure will be from 1, 5 till 5 years

Usualy courts award the paid expences for the legal assistance in the final decision.
How much can you win? Noone will answer this question.

3) to forget about unpaid amount of your service provider.
such your decision will cost zero in finances, but it can create moral dissatisfaction for you.

You are adviced to save the electronic documents related to payments (ticket, card transaction, refund, your requets on refund, 1-2-3 consequent replies of your service provider)
for the possible collection for the legal procedure for 6-9 months at least.
